Families Workshop Series

Practical, Real-Life Support for Parents

There’s no one right way to parent, and most of us are figuring it out as we go. This series isn’t about giving you a perfect plan or a list of rules to follow. It’s about creating space to connect, share, and support each other.

We all come in with different experiences, different challenges, and different families. This is a place where that’s respected. A place where you can be honest about what’s hard, hear what’s worked for others, and leave with a few ideas, resources, and a sense that you’re not doing this alone.

Workshop 1: Healthy Habits Made Simple

In this first workshop, we’ll talk about everyday things that can feel harder than they should: meals, routines, screen time, sleep, and finding simple ways to be active together.

Not from a “here’s the right way to do it” perspective, but from real life:

  • What’s actually realistic for your family right now
  • Ideas for building a habit of walking, playing, being outside, and moving together in ways that feel natural
  • Small changes that might make things feel a little easier
  • Support and resources you can turn to if you need them

There’s no expectation to have answers. This is a conversation, not a lecture.

Who this is for:

Parents and caregivers who want connection, support, and a space to talk openly.
