It was a dream at first sight. The beautiful space was there — sunlight streaming through wide windows, trees swaying just outside, a sense of calm waiting to be filled with laughter, joy, and the quiet hum of naptime after a busy morning of play and discovery.
That dream became Gan Kol Shalom — a nurturing preschool where children can explore, imagine, and grow at their own rhythm. Inspired by the natural world, rooted in respect for each child’s individuality, and built on the belief that early childhood should be magical, meaningful, and full of wonder, GKS was created with heart, intention, and a vision of community.

At the heart of our work is a deep love for children, a respect for families, and a belief in the power of community. We thoughtfully created Gan Kol Shalom to nurture the whole child through a blend of Montessori structure, Waldorf artistry, nature-based exploration, and mindful connection.
We honor each child’s unique rhythm, celebrate Jewish traditions in an inclusive and meaningful way, and create spaces where emotional intelligence, creativity, and curiosity can flourish.
