Additional Mandatory Fees

• Registration Fee: $200
• Activity Fee: $250
• Lunch & Snacks: $1,000

General Information

• The half-day program is designed for children ages 18 months to 28 months
• The full-day program is designed for children ages 2–5.
• All tuition rates are annual.
• School closes at 4:00 PM on Fridays.
• Sibling Discount: A 5% discount applies to siblings.

Payment Plan Structure

Families must establish a payment plan by April 1, 2026, following this structure:

• Registration Fee and Activity Fee: Due at time of Registration. Early Bird Discount: Families enrolling before March 1, 2026 are exempt from the registration fee.
• First Installment: Due April 1, 2026, equal to one-tenth (1/10) of the yearly tuition.
• Subsequent Installments: The remaining nine (9) payments will be due monthly from July 1, 2026, through March 1, 2027.

Mid-Year Enrollment Policy

For families enrolling after the school year begins, tuition may be prorated based on the month of enrollment.

Withdrawal & Refund Policy

• By July 1, 2026: fifty percent (50%) of the total amount paid is refundable. Registration and Activity Fees are non-refundable.
• After July 1, 2026: All payments made are non-refundable.
• Mid-Year Withdrawals: Families withdrawing after the school year begins must provide at least 30 day’s written notice and are responsible for tuition payments through the end of the month of withdrawal.

Key Dates & Policies Summary

• April 1, 2026: Payment plan must be set up & first installment due.
• July 1, 2026: Last date for a 50% payment refund.
• March 1, 2027: Final tuition installment due.
